Prime rib refers to the king of beef cuts, the standing rib roast, "standing"
because to cook it, you simply position the roast on its rib bones in the
roasting pan, no need for a rack. Prime rib steak is the most flavorful you will
find.
Our thick and hearty steaks are cut from U.S.D.A. Grade Choice Prime Rib
Roasts, aged to ensure the richest and most luxurious flavor and the most tender
steak money can buy.
Please note, while our prime rib steaks are well-marbled
with fat, they are the most delicious we offer. A magnificent gift!
What would prime rib be without its classic accompaniments?
Get it with the traditional horseradish sauce and red wine.
Crab legs are full of healthy proteins and very low in
saturated fats. They contain trace amounts of carbohydrates, which is good news
for dieters, and they are filled with vitamins and minerals among them being,
Vitamin C, folate and magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, copper, selenium and vitamin
B12. And let's not forget those heart healthy omega-3 fatty acids-crab legs
provide a good amount of those as well.
The best way to benefit from the low calories in king crab
legs is to steam them and serve them with a squeeze of lemon. Try to lay off the
butter too. You can even enjoy them plain as is; they will still taste great.
Once cooked, add it to a salad or make a sandwich using whole grain bread. Try
incorporating the crab meat into a soup or bisque.

crab legs are really low, so treat yourself.
Seafood averages less than 2% fat. For slimmers, seafood
is all good news. All seafood is low in kilojoules, with fewer kilojoules than
even the leanest meat or chicken. And of course with seafood you don't need to
trim any fat. Just grill, barbecue, bake, steam, poach or microwave seafood to
keep a low kilojoules count.
Seafood is an excellent source of many important
minerals, including iodine, zinc, potassium and phosphorus. It is also rich in
many vitamins, especially the B group. Seafood is an excellent source of top
quality protein, and compares favorably with meat and chicken. Cholesterol is
an essential part of all living animal tissue. But levels of cholesterol can be
too high if we eat too much saturated fat. Seafood has very little fat of any
kind and what it does have is mostly unsaturated fat. Eating fish two or three
times a week can reduce the risk of heart disease.
